I am a strategic business leader and ICF-Certified Executive Coach (PCC) with 25+ years of leadership experience guiding high-performing teams through complex challenges while driving sustainable growth and value across healthcare, life sciences, technology, and emerging business sectors. In my coaching and consulting practice, I focus on helping healthcare and life sciences professionals, teams and organizations amplify their unique strengths, experiences, and capabilities, activate untapped potential, make meaningful shifts, and achieve measurable outcomes. I live just north of Charleston, SC. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we have two daughters. I enjoy being with family and friends, and spending time at the beach. I play golf whenever I can and also enjoy NASCAR and country music.
