Iesha Berry is a transformative Vice President and Chief Inclusion and Belonging Officer (CIBO) at Pinterest leveraging over 25 years of expertise in HR, DEI, and talent strategy. She and her team are responsible for creating a workplace where everyone feels a deep sense of inclusion and belonging. Prior to Pinterest, Iesha served as the Chief Talent and Diversity Officer at Docusign where she architected and drove Docusign’s global DEI strategy evidenced by the launch of the company's first global DEI strategy, internal report, and workforce aspirations. Through strong partnerships with executives and teams worldwide, Iesha has significantly expanded employee resource groups, inclusive talent development, diverse pipeline sourcing, and employee engagement programs. . As the global leader of Talent, Culture and Experience, she also spearheaded Docusign's culture evolution, elevated employee experiences, and transformed talent delivery across acquisition, assessment, and internal mobility. Berry established and led Slalom's inaugural inclusion, diversity, and equity function. Her extensive career also includes significant leadership roles at Bank of America, Pfizer, Microsoft, and Prudential Financial, where she drove impactful talent and DEI initiatives on a global scale.
