I'm a connector. I instinctively link people, ideas, experiences and workarounds in unexpected ways. I enjoy helping people step beyond their current frame into a larger sense of what is possible. I've adopted "CACTI" as my ecosystem (and my values): Curiosity, Autonomy, Clarity, Truth, and Impact. My background is journalism, business and applied neuroscience. I'm a brain-based coach, Master Neuroplastician, and behavior designer working primarily with leaders who are new to their role and are often culture "adds." For the first 18 years of my life, I lived in the same house. Since then, I've lived in seven states and eight cities. I voluntarily started working when I was 13 and have been working ever since, primarily due to enjoying what I do and whom I meet through work. Consulting and coaching are natural jobs for me because they allow me to work in many industries with a variety of people. I'm also a dog lover and partial to herding dogs (Collies, Bernese Mountain Dogs and now a Corgi). All the Berners and the Corgi are Therapy Dogs, and yes, we enjoy working together.....
