I’m the CEO and founder of JGA Recruitment Group, a B-Corp certified executive search firm for Payroll and HR. Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported organisations across the UK, EMEA and North America to build high-impact teams that deliver meaningful business results. My work explores the intersection of leadership, talent, mindset and performance.
