Tamara Kostova

Tamara Kostova is a fintech founder and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning capital markets, banking and financial technology. Having founded, scaled and exited an international wealthtech company, she is now focused on the future of AI in finance and how technology can make finance more human and wealth creation more inclusive. As one of the founding fintech members of the Senior Executive Think Tank, she brings a practitioner’s perspective to the conversations shaping this future. Tamara is the Founder and CEO of AllVesta, where she is building the behavioural intelligence layer for retail investing. AllVesta helps financial institutions understand the human being behind the money and turn retail savers into confident long-term investors, addressing one of the industry’s most important challenges: why millions of people who have access to investing still do not invest. She previously founded and scaled Velexa, a WealthTech100 company that partnered with banks, brokers and wealth firms to expand access to regulated digital investing infrastructure across Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. Following its international growth, the company was successfully acquired in 2025. Earlier in her career, Tamara held senior roles at DXC Technology, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Thomson Reuters, working across trading floors, technology transformation and the modernisation of financial markets. Tamara is a Forbes Business Council member, advisor and mentor to fintech founders, and an active contributor to the UK and European fintech ecosystems. Her leadership has been recognised internationally, including Female Leader of the Year by Forbes Bulgaria, Best Female Entrepreneur at the Stevie Awards, and the Global CXO Business Leadership Excellence Award.
