I hold multiple industry certifications, including Oracle Certified Java Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and SAFe Certified Product Owner/Product Manager. My career began in 2006 as a Software Engineer, where I worked extensively as a Java/J2EE developer for clients such as Morgan Stanley, BNSF, NYK Logistics, Cisco, GIA, and McGraw Hill. I specialized in building middleware business services using Core Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP/REST services, and frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and JUnit. From 2016 to 2020, I served as a Business Analyst / Solution Architect at Comcast, focusing on analyzing complex business problems and designing scalable solutions. My responsibilities included requirements gathering, impact assessment, code analysis, defining service interfaces, cross‑system data mapping, HLD/LLD documentation, UML modeling, story onboarding, and supporting development and QA teams. My technical strengths during this period included enterprise web services, AWS, and Kafka. In 2020, I transitioned into a Technical Product Owner role for a major healthcare organization. I led product backlog creation and prioritization, PI planning, feature and user story development, dependency resolution, acceptance criteria definition, incident/defect management, test case review, and release planning. In 2023, I was promoted to Product Manager, where I currently lead product strategy and delivery within the hospital Telehealth domain, driving impactful digital solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
