Today, he helps CEOs get moving with AI to turn around performance, unlock revenue growth and improve margins -- aligning finance, engineering, sales, and marketing around the same result. He is now the founder and CEO of Capita Technology, a consultancy at the intersection of AI, customer value management, and digital strategy. He holds a degree from UTS (Sydney, Australia) and MIT (Cambridge, MA, USA) and works between Australia and the USA.
