Rahul Bhatia is a Solution Director and SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Solutions Architect with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale finance transformation across the public and private sectors. He has led some of the largest public-sector SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations, including programmes for the City of London Corporation and Manchester City Council, and has advised global organisations including GSK, Scania, and Adidas. He is the creator of two UK-registered trademarked frameworks — DFRA™ (Digital Finance Reference Architecture) and FAST™ (Finance, Architecture, Strategy & Technology) — now used as reference models for SAP-enabled transformation in regulated industries. A Forbes Technology Council member, IEEE Senior Member, and SAP PRESS author, Rahul's research on cloud finance architecture has been published by IEEE and Springer. His work is built on one principle: technology alone doesn't transform finance — architecture does.
