Molly Cohen is senior editor at Senior Executive Media, managing both the DEI and the Learning and Development beats. Previously, she worked in corporate learning and at Harvard Business School where she helped run the first virtual general management program. She’s written for a variety of publications, and is interested in exploring the intersections between business, sustainability, and retail.
