L’Oreal’s Chief Learning Officer Says Cohort-Based Learning Drives Engagement
October 10, 2023 – Nicolas Pauthier, global VP of HR, learning and people development, says L’Oréal transitioned from 5% of its training being virtual in 2019, to 30-35% now being online. The cosmetics company has more than 90,000 employees globally, invests more than $100 million into training each year, and averages around 3.2 million hours of training yearly. “With most online learning in a generic form, you may see completion rates in the area of 20 to 30, maybe 40%, if you’re lucky. With cohort-based learning we saw 80% completion rates,” said Pauthier.

Duke University’s Don Shortslef Says New Learning and Development Course Will Be for All Employees

Equifax Beats Upskilling Goals With Coursera
